Position: Telecalling Executive
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Reporting To: Team Leader / Manager
Job Summary
The Telecalling Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, following up on inquiries, and supporting business growth by achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Malayalam (Added Advantage)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
