Job description
We are looking for an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a people-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Conduct employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 month to 1 year of HR experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office and HRMS.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
