- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage table reservations and walk-in guests
- Coordinate with the floor staff and managers for smooth seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain waiting lists during peak hours
- Assist guests with feedback and basic complaints politely
- Ensure reception and entrance area is clean and presentable
- Inform guests about ongoing offers, events, or special menus
- Maintain reservation records and guest database
- Support restaurant operations whenever required
- Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic computer knowledge and reservation handling
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
