Job Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for interior and architectural projects.
- Produce interior and exterior visualizations and walkthroughs.
- Work from AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp models, and design concepts.
- Apply realistic materials, lighting, furniture, and landscaping.
- Coordinate with architects and interior designers.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality.
Required Skills
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray/Corona
- AutoCAD
- Photoshop
- Strong understanding of architecture and interior detailing
- Good visualization, lighting, and rendering skills
Preferred Skills
- Lumion / D5 Render / Enscape
- Basic video editing for walkthroughs
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.
- Portfolio of interior/architectural visualization work is mandatory.
