MOIRAI COTTON PULP PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring an experienced Operations Head – Chemical Engineer for our manufacturing plant in Hisar, Haryana.
Location: 6027, 38th Ave WW Village, Salemgarh Gaon, Bagla Road, Hisar, Haryana

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end plant operations for Surgical Cotton & Cotton Pulp manufacturing.
- Manage chemical processes, including bleaching, purification, and process optimization.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive production efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor production and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in Surgical Cotton, Absorbent Cotton, Cotton Pulp, or Chemical Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of bleaching chemistry, chemical processes, plant operations, and manufacturing management.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
