*Job Summary*
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head to manage and supervise multiple Janaarogyam generic and ethical medicine retail shops.
The candidate will be responsible for overall store performance, sales growth, team handling, and smooth operations across all assigned outlets
*Key Responsibilities*
* Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Manage and oversee multiple Janaarogyam generic and ethical medicine stores within the assigned cluster
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and performance of all stores
* Must have hands-on experience in handling and selling generic medicines
* Strong understanding of generic medicine composition, substitutes, and pricing
* Knowledge of generic medicines, substitutions, and customer counselling
* Understanding of pharma distribution and retail system
* Experience in managing multiple stores will be preferred
*Any Graduate*
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in pharma retail / medical store operations
* Strong understanding of generic medicines and retail pharmacy management
* Experience in handling multiple stores will be preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
