Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Accountancy to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify accounting concepts while preparing students for academic excellence and professional success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver Accountancy lessons for Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and assessment materials.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Assess and evaluate students' performance through assignments, tests, projects, and periodic assessments.
- Guide students in Board examination preparation and strengthen their practical accounting and analytical skills.
- Encourage participation in commerce-related activities, quizzes, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
- Ensure a disciplined, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com.) with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and Board examination pattern.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic and personal development.
