E-Commerce Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced E-Commerce professional to join our Marketplace Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with online marketplaces, managing day-to-day operations, solving account-related issues, and contributing to business growth.
You will work closely with marketplace accounts and gain exposure to product management, order operations, account health, marketplace support, performance monitoring, and overall marketplace growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of marketplace seller accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and fulfillment activities.
- Maintain inventory and ensure product availability across marketplaces.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, policy compliance, and listing issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve account, listing, order, and operational issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot listing errors, suppressed products, account issues, and other marketplace-related challenges.
- Track sales and marketplace performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketplace operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, features, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplace seller accounts.
- Good understanding of product listings, inventory, orders, returns, and account operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplace activities.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Noon, or similar marketplaces will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
