About the Company
We are a growing construction solutions company offering innovative products and services to the infrastructure and construction industry. Our flagship product, EasyFlow, is a specialized concrete admixture used in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) to improve pumpability, enhance concrete flow, reduce pumping pressure, and minimize blockages during concrete placement.
We are seeking a motivated and field-oriented Sales Executive to expand our market presence and develop strong relationships with RMC plants, contractors, builders, and construction professionals across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and generate sales of EasyFlow to Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plants, contractors, builders, and construction companies.
- Conduct regular visits to RMC plants, active construction projects, infrastructure developments, and emerging construction zones.
- Identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with site engineers, project managers, procurement teams, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Present product features, benefits, and applications to prospective customers.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new areas for business expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, leads, and sales activities using MS Excel.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Business Development Opportunity
In addition to product sales, the selected candidate will be encouraged to identify and generate opportunities related to civil construction works and allied services offered by the company. Successful conversion of such opportunities will be recognized through additional incentives, performance rewards, and accelerated growth prospects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Construction Materials, Building Products, Construction Chemicals, RMC, Cement, Steel, Hardware, or related industries.
- Candidate must be based in Noida or Greater Noida.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and data management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities efficiently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of the construction industry will be an added advantage.
