Job Description
CITC – The Hub of IT Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Executive / Telecaller who will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and converting leads into clients for our IT services, including Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Franchise Opportunities, Professional Courses, and related services.
The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements and explain services confidently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on enquiries received from:
- Facebook Leads
- Instagram Leads
- Company Website Enquiries
- WhatsApp & Call Enquiries
- Understand customer requirements related to IT services
- Explain company services professionally to prospects
- Convert qualified leads into potential clients
- Maintain daily call records and lead status updates
- Coordinate with the technical and management team for project closures
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic understanding of IT services such as:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- Digital Marketing
- SEO Services
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or lead conversion will be an advantage
- Strong convincing and client-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups
Work Timings
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
