Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced AUTOSAR, CAPL, CANoe & CANalyzer Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom and online training for engineering students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Automotive Embedded Systems, Automotive Communication Protocols, AUTOSAR architecture, Vector tools, and ECU testing concepts. The trainer will be responsible for designing practical sessions, mentoring students, and preparing them for careers in the automotive domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on AUTOSAR Architecture (Classic & Adaptive – fundamentals).
- Train students on CAPL scripting for simulation, testing, and automation.
- Conduct practical sessions using Vector CANoe and CANalyzer.
- Teach CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet communication protocols.
- Explain ECU architecture, diagnostics (UDS), and automotive software development lifecycle.
- Develop course materials, presentations, assignments, and laboratory exercises.
- Design real-time automotive projects and case studies.
- Guide students in debugging CAN communication and network analysis.
- Train students on ECU simulation, message monitoring, and network validation.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical tests, and assessments.
- Assist students with interview preparation and automotive technical discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest AUTOSAR standards, Vector tools, and automotive technologies.
- Coordinate with the academic team to continuously improve the training curriculum.
- Provide technical support during workshops, seminars, and corporate training sessions.
- Maintain training records and ensure quality delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic Platform.
- Good understanding of Adaptive AUTOSAR concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Vector CANoe.
- Hands-on experience with CANalyzer.
- Strong CAPL programming skills.
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet.
- Understanding of UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services).
- Experience with ECU testing and validation.
- Knowledge of Embedded C programming.
- Familiarity with RTOS concepts.
- Understanding of Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 (preferred).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex automotive concepts for learners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Computer Science, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded Systems or Automotive Software Development.
- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer is an added advantage.
- Experience with Vector tools and AUTOSAR projects is highly preferred.
