- Candidates who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree will be considered for the Junior HR Coordinator / HR Executive position.

- We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team.
- This opportunity provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and selection support.
- Schedule interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees.
- Prepare and issue employment-related documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates, and other HR correspondence.Collect and verify employee documentation during onboarding.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation within HRMS and company databases.
- Update employee information and ensure confidentiality of HR records. Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Track employee attendance and leave records. Assist in leave management and maintain attendance reports.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee data.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, team-building initiatives, and company events.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records. Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
HR Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.Support compliance-related documentation and audits.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate HR reports and dashboards related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, employee performance, and workforce metrics.Maintain HR trackers and provide data insights to support decision-making.
Employee Support
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries.Escalate complex HR matters to the HR Manager when necessary.Assist in fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.Basic understanding of HR functions and employment practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with HRMS platforms is an added advantage.
