Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:
The Full Stack Hybrid Network Engineer is responsible for the operations and management of hybrid network infrastructures. This role specializes in maintaining core routing and switching, cloud networking, SDLAN/Wireless, SDA, and NAC platforms. The engineer leverages automation, scripting, and AI-aided observability tools including Agentic AI frameworks to ensure resilient, secure, and efficient network operations across multi-vendor and multi-cloud environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain core routing and switching network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar).
- Manage and support SDLAN/Wireless solutions on Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Administer SDA solutions using Cisco Catalyst Center, supporting seamless network segmentation and policy enforcement.
- Operate and manage NAC platforms such as Cisco ISE and/or Aruba ClearPass, ensuring secure network access and compliance.
- Oversee cloud networking environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including cloud-native network controls and integrations.
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure using AI-aided observability and management tools.
- Automate network operations and routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, Ansible, or similar) and orchestration platforms.
- Apply Agentic AI frameworks to enhance network observability, automation, and self-healing capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with networking best practices and organizational policies.
- Evaluate and implement new networking technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in core routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with SDLAN/Wireless platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar).
- Experience with SDA platforms (Cisco Catalyst Center).
- Experience with NAC platforms (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass).
- Experience in cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or similar).
- Experience with AI-aided network observability and management tools.
- Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks for network operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network incidents and infrastructure issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6-8 years of experience in large enterprise network support/implementation and 3-4 years of experience in SDLAN & NAC implementation.
- This position is based at our Bangaluru/Gurgaon/Pune office.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
