Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies, aligning them with clients’ marketing objectives.
- Brand Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new brands for influencer collaborations, expanding our client base, NBD /HARDCORE SALES PROFILE
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue generation by negotiating and closing profitable deals, ensuring business growth and increased sales.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including strategy development, influencer selection, and performance tracking.
- Brand Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with brands, agencies, and social media influencers, ensuring smooth and successful collaborations.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing contracts with clients and influencers.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay updated with the latest social media trends and influencer marketing developments.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns and maintain client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing sales or a similar role.
- Expertise in social media strategy, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships, drive brand acquisition, and generate revenue.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in executing influencer marketing campaigns and analyzing their success.
- Deep understanding of social media influencers, influencer networks, and digital advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
