Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative R&D Head to lead our Research & Development team in designing and developing advanced refrigeration products. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, improve existing systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient refrigeration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the R&D department and oversee new product development.
- Design and develop refrigeration systems, components, and technologies.
- Improve product performance, energy efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct research on new materials, refrigerants, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with national and international safety and environmental standards.
- Manage product testing, validation, and certification processes.
- Prepare technical documentation, patents, and design specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the R&D engineering team.
- Drive continuous innovation and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
- 12–18+ years of experience in refrigeration or HVAC product development.
- Proven leadership experience managing R&D teams.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, heat exchangers, refrigerants, and thermal engineering.
- Experience with CAD software and product development processes.
- Knowledge of BIS, ISO, CE, and other relevant industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
