Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete technical operations for PEB and steel structure projects
- Manage design coordination, fabrication, and project execution
- Review structural drawings, GA drawings, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with production, quality, and site execution teams
- Ensure projects meet engineering, safety, and quality standards
- Handle technical planning, estimation, and client coordination
- Guide technical teams for smooth project delivery
- Optimize fabrication and erection processes for efficiency
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in PEB and structural steel industry
- Strong expertise in steel structures, fabrication, and erection
- Experience handling industrial and commercial PEB projects
- Leadership experience in technical or project management roles
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Qualification in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred
Preferred Profile
- Candidates from PEB manufacturing or structural steel companies preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and technical teams
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
