Job Summary:
Rockwoods Group of International Schools is looking for a passionate and caring Pre-Primary Teacher to join our Nagaram branch. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about early childhood education and capable of creating a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Develop children’s communication, social, and motor skills
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, phonics, and activity-based learning sessions
- Maintain student records and monitor progress regularly
- Encourage creativity, participation, and confidence among students
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Follow school policies and maintain classroom discipline
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training / Early Childhood Education certification preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Passion for working with young children
Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in Pre-Primary or Kindergarten teaching will be an added advantage
