As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing organic marketing strategies across SEO, Social Media Optimization, and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will be performance-driven, highly organized, and passionate about using the latest tools and trends to grow visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Organic SEO
Conduct advanced keyword research and technical audits
Optimize on-page elements, schema, and internal linking
Improve site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability
Publish SEO-rich blogs landing pages with the content team
Monitor performance via GA, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush
Share monthly performance insights
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Manage presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X Pinterest
Build and schedule content calendars
Create carousels, reels, stories campaigns
Drive engagement and respond to community interactions
Track analytics to improve reach
✉️ Email Marketing (HubSpot)
Create run targeted email campaigns
Segment lists for personalization
Perform A/B testing
Improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
Track and optimize ongoing campaigns
Skills Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in SEO, SMO Email Marketing
Strong knowledge of GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Experience with HubSpot or similar tools
Familiarity with WordPress basic HTML/CSS
Strong writing and reporting skills
Awareness of modern digital AI trends
