Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, attendance reports, and policies.
- Assist in payroll and leave management processes.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
