Job Summary
Bethelon Technologies is looking for a passionate and skilled Trainer Faculty to teach Digital Marketing, UI & UX Design to students and aspiring professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to guide students with real-world industry concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging training sessions in Digital Marketing, UI & UX Design
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects
Guide students in live projects and portfolio development
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools
Support students with career guidance and interview preparation
Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment
Required Skills
Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing concepts and tools
Good understanding of UI/UX principles, design tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Ability to simplify concepts for beginners
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification, teaching passionate.
Prior teaching or industry experience is an advantage
