*Key Responsibilities*:
- Accounting & Tally Operations
o Handle day-to-day accounting entries using Tally.
o Maintain purchase, sales, journal, and payment entries accurately.
o Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
o Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
o Working knowledge in relation to TDS and GST
- Incentive Calculation & KPI Tracking
o Calculate employee incentives based on predefined KPIs set by management.
o Maintain and track KPI data regularly with proper documentation.
o Prepare incentive working sheets and ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Process Execution & Compliance
o Work strictly as per defined SOPs and internal processes.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
o Support in Identifying gaps in processes and suggest improvements where required.
o Prepare periodic MIS reports Monthly
o Assist in data analysis for management decision-making.
o Maintain proper records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Task Ownership & Execution
o Follow a “to-do approach”—maintain task lists and ensure timely completion.
o Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines without follow-ups.
o Take ownership of assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹10,522.43 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
