We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Purchase Executive for our supermarket operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling vendor coordination, purchasing activities, stock management, and supporting daily sales operations.
- Handle purchase orders and supplier coordination
- Maintain stock levels and inventory records
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items
- Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries
- Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers
- Support billing and sales operations when required
- Maintain purchase invoices and documentation
- Ensure proper stock arrangement and replenishment
- Prepare daily and monthly purchase/sales reports
