Chettinad–Sarvalokaa Education International School is looking for a dynamic and reflective educator to facilitate Cambridge Global Perspectives for Middle School and lead the school’s Service Learning Programme.
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience
● Experience in facilitating Cambridge Global Perspectives at the Middle School level
● Strong understanding of the Cambridge skills framework, assessment objectives and
learner outcomes
● Ability to develop learners’ skills in research, analysis, evaluation, reflection,
communication and collaboration
● Experience in designing inquiry-based, interdisciplinary and real-world learning
experiences
● Strong project planning, documentation and coordination skills
● Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and facilitate engaging Global Perspectives lessons
● Guide learners in individual and collaborative research projects
● Support learners in analysing multiple perspectives and forming evidence-based
conclusions
● Use Cambridge assessment criteria, rubrics and feedback effectively
● Design and coordinate meaningful Service Learning projects
● Build partnerships with community organisations and external stakeholders
● Help learners connect classroom learning with authentic community needs
● Maintain evidence portfolios, reflections and impact documentation
● Collaborate with mentors, subject facilitators and school leaders
