- Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise maintenance technicians and outside contractors.
- Work Scheduling: Create daily or weekly work assignments to make sure repairs happen on time with minimal downtime.
- Facility Inspections: Check buildings, machinery, and systems (like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing) regularly to find and fix issues early.
- Preventive Maintenance: Build and manage regular maintenance plans to prevent unexpected equipment failures.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the team follows all health and safety laws and site regulations.
- Budget and Inventory: Track repair parts, order tools, and help manage the maintenance budget.
- Record Keeping: Log all completed repairs, inspections, and equipment updates for future planning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
