We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Tamil Nadu through retail, distributor, dealer, and institutional networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales targets
- Expand retailer & distributor networks
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Conduct market visits and monitor competitors
- Manage customer relationships and negotiate deals
- Drive collections and order fulfilment
- Prepare sales reports and territory forecasts
Candidate Profile
5+ years in Retail / Channel / Distributor / Field Sales
Experience in Bags, Luggage, School Supplies, Stationery, Apparel, Footwear, Lifestyle or Consumer Products preferred
Strong Tamil Nadu market knowledge
Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu
Tamil proficiency required; working English required
Valid driving licence preferred
