Job Summary:
Responsible for generating property sales, handling client relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting site visits, and managing the complete sales process for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through references, channel partners, marketing activities, and direct sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend customer inquiries and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers for sales closure.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and banking teams for booking and documentation processes.
- Develop and manage channel partner relationships.
- Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, and market feedback reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Required Skills:

Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred
Experience:
3+ years experience in real estate sales preferred.
