Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer
Role Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Motion Graphics Designer to create high-quality animations, E-Learning videos, and promotional content. In this role, you will help in turning creative ideas into polished video deliverables that meet our clients' standards.
Responsibilities:
- Storyboarding & Planning: Work with the team to create storyboards, visual concepts, and mockups before starting production.
- Content Production: Handle the full production of motion graphics and animations for our E-Learning platform, workshops, and product launches
- Multimedia Design: Create videos, kinetic typography, and GIFs optimized for social media, websites, ads, and events.
- Asset Management: Keep design files, templates, and style guides organized and consistent with project guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
- Creative Skills: A solid understanding of timing, pacing, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Communication: Good interpersonal skills to present design concepts clearly and handle client feedback constructively.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines smoothly.
