Planning and performing sales/marketing activities for enhancing sales revenue.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service.
Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and in person.
Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction and relationship status.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and needs.
