Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize banquet and event revenue.
- Identify and secure new corporate, social, government, and MICE business opportunities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular engagement and follow-up.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to promote banquet facilities and services.
- Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual banquet sales targets.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and communicate event requirements to all operational departments.
- Ensure seamless coordination with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Finance teams.
- Monitor event execution to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed standards.
- Address guest concerns promptly and ensure complete client satisfaction.
Revenue Management
- Maximize banquet revenue through strategic pricing and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor banquet space utilization and optimize event scheduling.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and revenue reports.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel partners, and wedding organizers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, confirmations, and post-event feedback.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, contracts, deposits, and event documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the Finance department for collections.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for banquet business.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to business planning initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and guest-centric service.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
