We are looking for a disciplined and responsible Hostel Incharge/Warden for our Boys Hostel who has prior experience in handling Intermediate students in an academic environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day hostel operations efficiently.
- Maintain discipline, student safety, and a healthy study atmosphere in the hostel.
- Monitor student attendance, study hours, and overall behaviour.
- Coordinate with parents, faculty, and management regarding student welfare.
- Handle hostel administration, room allotment, maintenance coordination, and emergency situations.
- Guide and mentor students to ensure academic focus and personal discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Hostel Warden/Incharge for Intermediate or residential educational institutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and student management skills.
- Ability to handle teenage students with discipline and care.
- Knowledge of any Intermediate subject will be considered an added advantage.
- Candidates with teaching capability alongside hostel management will be preferred.
