Role Overview
The Liaisoning Officer will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, statutory bodies, and external agencies to ensure timely approvals, permissions, and compliance requirements for Aranath Real Estate projects. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate regulations, documentation, and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end liaisoning activities for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with government authorities and statutory bodies such as Municipal Corporation, MMRDA, MHADA, Fire Department, Environment Department, RERA, and other concerned authorities.
- Obtain approvals, sanctions, permits, NOCs, and clearances required for project execution.
- Follow up with consultants, architects, legal teams, and government officials to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintain records of all approvals, correspondence, and regulatory documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Assist in land acquisition, title-related documentation, and due diligence activities, if required.
- Monitor the status of applications and proactively resolve issues affecting approvals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding approval status and pending matters.
RequirementsExperience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in liaisoning activities in the real estate industry.
- Experience dealing with municipal corporations, MMRDA, MHADA, RERA, Fire Department, and other regulatory authorities.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline. Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law, or MBA will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
