Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Engineer / CAD Specialist to support the technical and production teams by creating accurate technical drawings, layouts, and technical documentation. This role is focused on technical execution, CAD detailing, and production support rather than creative designing.
Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background or strong hands-on experience in CAD drafting and Fusion 360 are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify technical drawings, CAD layouts, and production drawings.
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D models using CAD software and Fusion 360.
- Create detailed technical drawings for manufacturing and execution purposes.
- Coordinate with production, operations, and project teams for technical clarification.
- Ensure drawings are practical, accurate, and aligned with production feasibility.
- Maintain drawing revisions, BOQs, technical documentation, and project records.
- Support estimation and material planning teams with technical inputs.
- Review measurements, dimensions, and specifications before final release.
- Assist in resolving technical and production-related issues during execution.
- Follow company drafting standards and technical processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Candidates with strong CAD drafting expertise and Fusion 360 knowledge without an engineering degree can also apply.
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD & Fusion 360
- Other CAD/3D modeling software will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of technical drawings, fabrication details, and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
- Ability to understand dimensions, materials, and manufacturing constraints.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, manufacturing, fabrication, or modular products industry will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
