- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings for the sales team
- Research and identify ideal-fit prospects within target industries and personas using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha or equivalent.
- Execute outbound outreach using the playbook, leveraging pre-built call pitches and mailer templates to engage prospects in a consistent and compelling way.
- Manage database and lead management in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce), logging all touchpoints and follow-ups
- Follow up and nurture relationships with prospects who have shown not interested
- Collaborate closely with Sales Lead to ensure smooth meetings
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including dials, emails sent, LinkedIn touchpoints, and qualified meetings booked
- Continuously test and iterate on messaging and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
- Provide feedback to marketing and leadership on prospect responses and market trends
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
