Position: Sales Executive / Sales Officer
Industry: Rope Manufacturing (PP, HDPE, Nylon, Polyester Ropes, Twines, Nets & Yarns)
Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to generate new business, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for our rope manufacturing products. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills and be willing to travel for customer visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and online sources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell ropes, twines, nets, yarns, and related products.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for timely order execution.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Maintain customer database, visit reports, and sales records in ERP/CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities when required.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
