Job Summary:
Responsible for creating, developing, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for architectural projects while ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and BIM software
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models
- Coordinate BIM models with structural, MEP, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and design requirements
- Identify and resolve design clashes through model coordination
- Update and revise BIM models based on project changes
- Generate construction documentation and project deliverables from BIM models
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction documentation
- Understanding of BIM standards and model coordination
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in BIM Modelling and Architectural Design
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, and BIM 360 is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
