- Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate with customers.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and service teams for timely order execution.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and maintain customer databases.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities as required.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes and business development.
- Ability to prepare quotations and sales reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry products and processes will be preferred.
