Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, growth-driven, and result-oriented Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, paid advertising, content planning, and campaign performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content strategies.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads and work on improving conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives and promotional material.
- Handle SEO, website updates, and online brand presence.
- Research market trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Support business growth through online marketing efforts.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across all digital channels.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, and lead generation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in a design, branding, or marketing agency will be preferred.
