Job description:
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, digital enquiries, and telecalling.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
- Conduct product presentations and explain vehicle features, specifications, benefits, and pricing.
- Arrange and conduct customer test rides.
- Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat purchases and referrals.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
