Job Summary
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and café products while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role requires maintaining product quality, hygiene, speed of service, and ensuring every guest receives warm and professional hospitality.
Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other café drinks as per standard recipes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Ensure beverages are prepared within the prescribed service time.
Customer Service
- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable café experience.
Food & Beverage Service
- Serve food and beverages following company standards.
- Maintain proper product presentation before serving.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
Hygiene & Food Safety
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, workstations, and service counters.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Cash Handling
- Process customer bills accurately through the POS system.
- Handle cash and digital payments responsibly.
- Ensure billing accuracy and proper shift closing procedures.
Inventory & Equipment
- Monitor daily stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Report shortages and equipment issues to the Shift Manager.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines.
Teamwork
- Support fellow team members during peak business hours.
- Participate in outlet opening and closing activities.
- Follow operational SOPs and company policies at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for coffee and customer service may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of POS systems.

Pay: ₹15,634.79 - ₹54,616.23 per month
