- Provide accurate information about the organization’s programs, services, or initiatives.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, or previous contacts.
- Maintain records of calls and update information in the database.
- Handle basic queries and redirect complex issues to the concerned department.
- Collect and maintain accurate data records.
- Enter, update, and verify data in databases and MIS systems.
- Generate regular reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data.
