- Digital Marketing Strategist Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can drive our marketing vision, strengthen our brand presence, and lead digital marketing initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified business opportunities.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing Bridgesoft overall marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency, overseeing content quality, managing digital campaigns, and providing leadership for all marketing initiatives.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative direction, content oversight, and performance-driven marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps.
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation, brand awareness, and market expansion.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding marketing investments and initiatives.
Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen Bridgesoft brand identity across all channels.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visual branding, and customer communication.
- Establish and enforce brand guidelines.
Creative Review & Approvals
- Event marketing materials
- Product marketing collateral
- Provide feedback and creative direction to designers and content teams.
Content Strategy & Quality Control
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and business goals.
Website Oversight
- Review website designs and UI/UX recommendations.
- Ensure website pages align with branding and conversion goals.
- Approve landing pages, campaign pages, and website enhancements.
- Work closely with development teams to optimize user experience and lead conversion.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Measure campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs and marketing performance metrics.
- Present monthly marketing reports to leadership.
- Analyze campaign ROI and conversion metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with product, design, and leadership teams.
- Mentor marketing executives and content creators.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience in US Market is Must.
