Job Summary
The Technical Specialist is responsible for managing and implementing DevOps Solutions, React.js, and full stack Java. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and reliable solutions to meet project objectives. The Technical Specialist will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration of various technologies to deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement devops solutions to automate and improve the efficiency of software development processes.
2. Develop frontend interfaces using react.js and ensure high performance and responsiveness.
3. Create scalable backend services and apis using full stack java technologies.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to devops, react.js, and full stack java applications.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the software development landscape.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in devops solutions, including ci/cd pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
2. Solid experience in react.js for building interactive user interfaces.
3. Strong expertise in full stack development using java technologies.
4. Knowledge of database management systems and restful api design.
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as aws, azure, or google cloud.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Owns technical architecture and delivery of LLM-integrated applications on the Chubb AI Factory engagement, sets direction across a polyglot stack, drives Responsible AI practices, and mentors engineers as the primary technical point of contact for Chubb.
Key Responsibilities
Own architecture and delivery of LLM-integrated full stack applications across the AI Factory portfolio
Guide technology decisions across Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, and C#
Design and review RAG pipelines, vector store integrations, and prompt engineering approaches
Define Responsible AI guardrails – PII/PHI screening, output review gates, audit trail requirements
Mentor engineers on AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Copilot) with critical review of output
Own the eval strategy for probabilistic outputs – golden sets, LLM-as-judge, regression tracking
Act as primary technical liaison with Chubb engineering leadership
Must-Have Skills
12–14 yrs full stack engineering incl. 3+ yrs in a lead/architect role
Deep expertise in one of Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or C#, plus working fluency in another
Experience building observable backend services (Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, FastAPI, or Express)
Hands-on LLM API integration – streaming, retry, token budgeting, error classification
Strong prompt engineering grounding; non-trivial SQL and JSON/XML handling
Azure basics – containerised deployment, CI/CD, log analysis
Good to Have
RAG pipeline design and vector DB experience (ChromaDB, Pinecone, pgvector)
LLM evaluation design and AI observability tooling

AI-native mindset – understands LLM limits and failure modes
Ambiguity tolerance – delivers against incomplete or evolving requirements
Communication clarity – explains technical decisions to both engineers and business stakeholders
