Job Description:
La Nature Hotels & Resorts in Sikar is looking for a courteous, energetic, and service-oriented F&B Guest Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guest service, have basic knowledge of food & beverage operations, and be eager to grow in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu guidance
Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen staff
Ensure tables are properly set and cleaned between services
Deliver high-quality service with attention to detail and guest satisfaction
Support senior captains and supervisors in daily restaurant and banquet operations
Requirements:
Basic understanding of F&B service standards
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in hospitality is a plus
Flexible to work in shifts and during events or high occupancy periods
