True Verification Services is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and hiring requirements
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs
- Address employee queries and support HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
