Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to join our garment manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating production activities, managing orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and the production team for smooth order execution.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with production units to track order progress.
- Coordinate with fabric, trims, and accessories suppliers.
- Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Resolve production-related issues and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished products.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and production teams.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Production Merchandiser or in the garment/apparel industry.
- Good knowledge of garment production processes and merchandising.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
