Job Title: Distillation Plant Supervisor
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Distillation Plant Supervisor to oversee daily distillation plant operations, ensure safe and efficient production, and lead the operating team to achieve production and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily distillation plant operations.
* Ensure process parameters are maintained as per SOPs.
* Monitor product quality, production efficiency, and equipment performance.
* Guide and support plant operators during shift operations.
* Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Maintain production records and ensure good housekeeping.
Requirements:
* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry), or a relevant qualification.
* 3–8 years of experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical distillation plant, with supervisory experience preferred.
* Good knowledge of distillation processes, plant operations, and safety practices.
* Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work in rotating shifts, if required.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
