1. Raw Material Testing:
- Inspect and test incoming raw materials (chemicals, polymers, additives, etc.).
- Verify conformance to supplier specifications and internal quality standards.
- Maintain records of incoming material test results and inventory
- Record of approved or rejected raw materials based on testing outcomes.
2. In-Process Quality Control:
- Monitor and test in-process admixture batches.
- Conduct tests such as pH, specific gravity, viscosity, setting time, air entrainment, etc.
- Ensure the production process adheres to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with the production team to adjust formulations or processes as needed.
3. Finished Goods Testing:
- Test final admixture products before release (e.g., water reducers, retarders, accelerators, superplasticizers).
- Conduct performance tests according to ASTM and IS, or other relevant standards.
- Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for approved products.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all test results and deviations and inventory
- Create and manage quality reports, test certificates, and batch records.
- Assist in root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
5. Calibration & Maintenance:
- Ensure all lab instruments and equipment are calibrated and maintained.
- Develop and update calibration schedules.
6. Compliance & Auditing:
- Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory).
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
