That Gal is a contemporary women's fashion brand focused on creating thoughtfully designed ethnic and fusion wear that blends craftsmanship, versatility, and modern aesthetics. We are looking for a passionate and creative Design Intern to join us and gain hands-on experience in building a fast-growing fashion brand.
Role Overview
As a Design Intern, you will work closely with the founder and creative team on collection development, design ideation, trend research, and visual storytelling. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand both the creative and strategic aspects of fashion brand building.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Collection Development
- Research fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics, colors, and trims.
- Assist in creating mood boards and collection concepts.
- Develop design ideas for kurtis, coord sets, dresses, and occasion wear.
- Create sketches and design presentations.
- Support embroidery, print, and surface development ideation.
Creative Strategy
- Collaborate with the founder on collection planning and product direction.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new launches and campaigns.
- Research competitor brands and emerging market trends.
Content & Visual Design
- Assist in creating mood boards for photoshoots and campaigns.
- Support social media and website creative planning.
- Contribute ideas for storytelling, product launches, and brand communication.
General Brand Support
- Help organize design references and collection documentation.
- Assist with catalog reviews and product presentation.
- Support special projects related to brand growth and creative development.
Skills We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design.
- Strong interest in ethnic and contemporary women's wear.
- Good understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and research skills.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
