Job Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured Abacus classes for children.
- Teach Abacus techniques and mental arithmetic concepts effectively.
- Help students improve calculation speed, accuracy, concentration, and confidence.
- Monitor student progress and maintain attendance and performance records.
- Create a positive, safe, and disciplined learning environment.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and feedback when required.
- Participate in training sessions and implement effective teaching practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, Abacus, or child development will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Experience

- Experienced candidates are welcome.
Compensation
Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Working Hours
Weekdays (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday
