The CRM Executive at Sylvi will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining service standards, and ensuring accurate data entry of customer interactions. This role is crucial in supporting the CRM team with daily operations and providing seamless communication across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer data and interaction logs accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Assist in documenting SOPs and process checklists.
- Provide support in CRM tool operations and ticketing systems.
- Handle order tracking, returns, and logistics communication.
